Overview
We are recruiting health Care Assistants for our large Care Home client. Our client has numerous Care Homes throughout the UK and are currently recruiting in Hadleigh, Ipswich. The home provides support to residents with residential, dementia and respite care. The successful candidate will be patient and caring and able to provide a quality service to residents within a care home environment whilst enabling them to lead an active and independent life.

Job Role
- Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality care to residents
- Assist those that require it with:
- Getting in and out of bed
- Washing
- Dressing
- Toilet requirements
- Their personal care
- Assist those with mobility problems when required
- Encourage independence and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
Education Qualification and Skills
- Have proven experience of working within a care setting
- Have an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Be a good team player
- Have the ability to work well with others
- Be compassionate and understanding
