Care Assistant Needed - Princes Risborough

Job Title: Carer with Dementia Experience
Location: Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire
Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with experience in caring for individuals with dementia? Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Carer.
Key Responsibilities:

- Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with dementia in their homes.
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
- Building strong rapport and trust with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met with dignity and respect.
- Monitoring and documenting clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and other team members to deliver comprehensive care plans.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 6 months of care experience in the UK.
- Experience working with individuals with dementia is essential.
- DBS registered on the update service.
- Proficiency in medication administration.
- Practical first aid training certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient nature with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others
