The Care Assistant / Support worker role includes:
- Helping residents with daily living.
- Serving meals and refreshments.
- Attending to laundry and servicing resident's rooms.
- For those with the skills to do so, participating in and contributing to activities.
- Ensuring the delivery of high levels of quality and operational efficiency.
- Being a part of a well trained team of carers.
