Please note where the home is based and ensure that you have the means to get to and from work, this includes early starts and late finishes ( day shifts) , you will also need the capacity to get to work on weekends and bank holidays.
You will assist older people with various levels of need with their daily living tasks, to include personal care, eating and drinking, social and spiritual events and any other needs that may arise. The role does involve moving and handling, equipment and training is provided for this.
In addition to this you will assist our residents to continue to follow their Christian belief and faith.
As well as an industry leading hourly wage, all employees receive enhancements for weekends and bank holidays, overtime is available if employees choose to work.
The job role will involve working early and late shifts, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis as planned by the senior staff team. This role may be physically and emotionally demanding but is rewarding.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.08 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 35 per week
