Rate of pay and hours: The rate of pay is in line with national minimum wage, with increments for NVQ 2 and 3. You would be required to on a rota basis, including alternate weekends and some bank holidays.
The shift times are 07:00-20:00 (Days) and 20:00-07:00 (Nights).

The responsibilities of the Care Assistant role:
As a Care Assistant at Monarch Healthcare, you will provide person-centred care and support to people with all aspects of daily living. We are looking for people who are caring, understanding and passionate about supporting others. Previous experience as a Care Assistant is not essential as we will provide you with an induction and ongoing support and training.
