Who are we looking for?
- Caring individual with a heart for the elderly while providing quality care.
- Passion for working with Dementia and Nursing needs.
- Respect, compassion and courteous manor towards the staff and residents.
- Experience in an adult social care environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the physical, emotional and social needs of the residents are met.
- Assisting residents with personal care duties such as personal hygiene, washing, dressing and assisting with meals.
- Taking part in recreational and social activities within the home, such as entertainment and our daily activities to boost both physical and mental stimulation.
- Promoting our residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care.
Don’t have previous experience in care?
We provide all training and support needed!
- Undertaking any necessary training and getting involved in the welcoming and training of new staff members.
- Ensure medication is dispersed efficiently.
Recruiting for day, afternoon and evening carers
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per hour
