We are seeking a General Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Support staff in daily tasks and projects as needed
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Help with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling simple calculations
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Capability to upsell products or services is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous for diverse communication needs
