This is a new branch which you will be helping to build and have direct input in to the set up and day to day running of the branch.

As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of staff rotas, ensuring visits are allocated with consistency and in a timely matter. You will also be responsible for helping with recruiting, maintaining and managing staff, annual leave and that you will be expected to maintain consistent communication with Care Workers, building a good working relationship with them all and liaising with other professionals.
You will be responsible for undertaking initial assessments of care and annual care review.
Undertaking care when required.
You will liaise with Head Office and coordinate new packages of care, staff training, digital applications, policies and procedures.
You must have:
Criteria
· Experienced in scheduling/coordinating/ rota planning in the care sector.
· Experienced using a rostering system.
· Provided supervision, spot checks and observation.
· Strong work ethic, organisation skills, and positive personality.
· Experienced in care calls.
· Take part in holding the on-call phone.
