Your Main responsibilities will include;
- The overall scheduling and management of client rotas.
- Regular communication with carers and clients
- Desire to deliver high quality care and support to clients
- Participation in the on-call rota
- Assist in the completion of audits and subsequent action plans to improve business processes
- Support the Registered Manager
- Seize opportunities to assist in other areas of the business that match your skillset, such as completing new client assessments
Qualifications and Experience
A relevant qualification, for example an NVQ at level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable.
At least one year experience as a Care Coordinator
Experience with Birdie planning system would be desirable
Driving licence and access to own vehicle (required)
Ability to comunicate well by telephone or email with clients, carers and other 3rd party stakeholders.
