Your Impact:

Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and Schedule: Craft and coordinate care schedules that are as unique as our clients, ensuring each Care Assistant is perfectly paired with clients to foster both immediate rapport and long-term relationships.
Assure and Enhance: Regularly review care delivery through feedback loops with clients, Care Assistants, and families. Your proactive approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement will set new benchmarks for care excellence.
Communicate and Connect: Serve as the heart of communication, ensuring clarity and compassion in every interaction, whether with clients, their families, or our team. Your role is crucial in maintaining the trust and confidence that define our services.
Empower and Expand: Lead the charge in recruiting compassionate Care Assistants, deploying your keen eye for talent to assemble a team as dedicated as you are. Your efforts in onboarding and training will shape the frontline of our care delivery.
Navigate and Network: Be the beacon for care enquiries, guiding potential clients through our services with warmth and wisdom. Your expertise will turn queries into care plans, seamlessly integrating new clients into our family.
Who You Are:
A dynamic professional with experience in the health and social care sector, preferably in domiciliary settings.
A natural communicator, adept at building relationships and inspiring confidence.
An organizational maestro, capable of orchestrating complex schedules with grace.
A compassionate advocate for quality care, driven to make a real difference.
Equipped with relevant qualifications in healthcare or social care (desirable).
Holder of a valid driver's license and vehicle for occasional client and Care Assistant visits.
