Form of workRole Overview: We are currently recruiting for a full-time, on-site Care Co-ordinator. This role is designed for professionals with expertise in both a care and an office environment, and experience on care runs and shift management/rotas preferable.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate healthcare programs
- Communicate between staff, patients and family
- Handle patient case management and education
- Recruit and train staff and create schedules
