Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of high-quality care support services.
• Assess and review individual services.
• Provide practical supervision, instruction, and support to care workers.
• Work with Care Coordinators to plan realistic care worker rotas.
• Conduct regular reviews of individual services and needs assessments.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs.
• Shadow new care workers to ensure their competence.
• Conduct on-site observation and evaluation of care worker practice.
• Spend the majority of working time in the community but also engage in office-based administrative work.
