Are you a Care Assistant, Care Coordinator or similar looking for a role where you will be responsible for building and supervising a team of Domiciliary Care Assistants?

In your role as a Care Coordinator, you will liaise directly with commissioning authorities, service users and healthcare professionals to deliver a range of bespoke care packages. You will also plan, coordinate, and supervise an existing team of carers based in the Bristol, Keynsham and North East Somerset areas.

This role would suit a Care Assistant, Care Coordinator or similar looking to be instrumental in managing and delivering care packages for some of the most vulnerable people in the community.

The Role:

• Full-time permanent contract
• Quality management and supervision of staff
• Compiling weekly rotas for staff and service users
• Provide 1-1 support to the community where needed
• Liaise directly with commissioning authorities as well as service users
• On-call responsibility

The Person:

• Care Coordinator or Senior Carer
• Looking to manage a team of carers and deliver bespoke care packages
• Valid UK driving licence
