• To operate the main telephone system, including taking and delivering messages
• To co-ordinate safe entrance and exit of all visitors, ensuring that no unauthorised person gains access to the business.
• Deal with sensitive customer information
• To ensure the reception area is welcoming and tidy.
• Carry out daily adhoc admin duties

Is this you?

• Proven experience in a similar position is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
• A confident individual with a friendly disposition.
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Can apply judgement in problem solving
