Home Care Assistant Needed

Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in their homes. Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate individuals
- Utilize basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Drive clients to appointments or errands, if required
- Provide care in a care home setting, if necessary

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Home Care or a related field is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Valid driver's license, as driving is required for the role

- Ideally own your vehicle as driving around to client's home is essential
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or client needs

Pay: £13.60-£15.00 per hour
