SalaryCare Home Nurse
Are you a qualified Registered Nurse who is wanting permanent full time work within Dunfermline, Fife, working in a Care Home.
At Randstad, we are searching for fully qualified nurses who have a strong work ethic, ability to collaborate within a team, critical thinking, patience, and empathy for the residents.
In your role, you will be in the position of ensuring the health and well-being of our residents and allowing them to fully enjoy life. Working across all nursing services, you'll take care of the individual care plans for each resident, give medication, and uphold our high standards. In addition to working as an essential bridge between our residents and their families, this job will help you develop your leadership abilities.
Pay Rates
- Permanent - Full-time
- £38,250 - £42,520 annually
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating residents and gaining their trust.
- Preparing and providing medical care.
- Monitoring resident's health.
- Provide outstanding nursing care with compassion and knowledge.
- Carrying out resident's care plans.
- Ensure that resident's records are accurate.
- Assure residents security and comfort.
- Provide health and wellness information to residents and their families.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC pin registration number
- Full eligibility to work and live in the UK
- Genuine passion for elderly care and a desire to make a difference
