Home Care Support Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Fife . As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Duties:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed

Skills:
- Experience in patient care, assisted living, or senior care is preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions from healthcare professionals
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families
- Valid driver's license desirable and reliable transportation
