Care Lawyer

LOCATION: Sheffield
SALARY: competitive, based on experience
HOURS: 09:00-17:15 Monday- Friday, with hybrid working opportunities available

ROLE:
We are inviting an experienced Care Solicitor/ Legal Executive to join our Wath/ Sheffield team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of client care whilst managing their caseload with supervision and support when required and playing an active role in a highly valued and expanding department.

Your typical day-to-day duties may include:

• assisting with the development of the department
• achieving both individual and team financial targets, as agreed with the Department Head
• ensuring that all business opportunities are dealt with professionally and promptly
• ensuring that SRA regulations regarding competency are consistently kept up to date

ABOUT YOU:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
qualified Solicitor/ Legal Executive
strong knowledge of legal care work, procedures and relevant legislation
ability to undertake your own Advocacy (as far as possible)
positive and proactive approach to both, clients and staff
