Care Manager

We are in Urgent need of a Care Manager based in Nottingham to cover x3 Extra Care Services 
The current RM is due to go on Maternity on the 9th of Feb so it would be good to get someone in to make transition easier.
- Full time 37.5 Hours Per week plus on call 1 week in every 3, which incurs additional payment) 
- Base Location Nottingham City NG8 Traveling regular between 2 sites NG2
- PAYE £22.78 or £29.95 Umbrella Paid weekly
All services staffed 24/7 providing care and support to customers of vary degrees based on care packages agreed with local authorities. Care staff duties to include support with food preparation, light cleaning duties, personal care and administration of medication. Role requires line manager of team leaders/deputy manager and some care staff and regular liaison with respective contract officers.
