Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our Director in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle incoming calls and emails, prioritizing correspondence
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Skills:
- Proficiency in administrative tasks
- Strong data entry skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document management
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Professional phone etiquette
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
- Office management experience is a plus
- Clerical skills for efficient office operations
