We are seeking an experienced Care Manager looking for a new challenge who wants to progress and work for a quickly growing care company based near Oxford. This role will be to manage a successful homecare service in the area.

- Starting salary from 30,000 per annum DOE

The Role:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the delivery of homecare services
- Ensuring strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations
- Managing staff and resources effectively
- Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
- Conducting risk assessments
- Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Assessments, supervisions, and overall management of the care teams
- Following policies and procedures
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Care Manager position should have:
- Experience in a leadership role, either as a Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager seeking their next role
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A strong character and be a good communicator
- A hands-on approach
- Good commercial knowledge
- Be a passionate leader
