As a Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- The overall day-to-day running of a Medium sized Nursing home.
- Ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained.
- Conducting staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinary procedures.
- Working with budgets and KPIs.
