Registered Home Manager needed in Stoke On Trent
Howard Finley Care are recruiting for an experienced residential Home Manager to work within our clients residential home in Stoke On Trent. The home is a lovely home registered for 30+ beds. With room to improve the CQC report, there is a lot of autonomy and room to really make this home your own. The director is very generous and can see how passionate he is about the home and the care that is being delivered.
Registered Home Manager vacancy details:
- £45,000+ (could be negotiable for the right candidate, depending on experience)
- Full time contract.
- Permanent position.
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the home - emergencies etc.
Registered Home Manager experience + qualifications:
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management is essential for the post.
- Prior registration with CQC is essential.
- Prior management experience within a 30+ bedded residential home.
- Must have up to date knowledge on CQC legislations.
- Drivers are preferred but not essential.
Work authorisation:
- United Kingdom (required).
- No Sponsorship offered.
