An organisation who are passionate about the delivery of capital project works across their residential property - ensuring that homes are fit for purpose, compliant, and are compliant to current standards and legislation.
Your new role
Joining a housing capital programme team, you will approve and monitor a programme of capital works improvements, including external and communal works. Your role will include the evaluation of compliance, quality, and timescales, ensuring that tenant satisfaction is of the highest standards at all times. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders in order to update and report on the progress of capital programme work.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate a proven track record in evaluating variations, monitoring compliance, delivering capital programmes to required timescales, and also demonstrating knowledge of section 20 and Decent Homes standards within a social housing environment.
What you'll get in return
Flexible working options are available in this position - you will need to be present in Oxford for at least 2/3 days per week. In addition to flexible working options, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of between GBP300 - GBP350 per day (umbrella), paid to you on a weekly basis for your initial six-month contract duration.
