Key Responsibilities:
Daily activities will vary based on experience and may include:
- Leading and managing project management teams
- Developing and managing client relationships and business opportunities
- Participating in business development forums and sector groups
- Collaborating across all offices in project management
- Expanding the client base with new and repeat clients
- Establishing detailed client briefs and communication procedures
- Arranging feasibility studies and obtaining necessary statutory approvals
- Preparing and maintaining master programmes for all project activities
- Managing finances, including cash flow forecasts and project expenditure
- Leading Design Teams, risk and value management
- Conducting contractor selection, tender evaluation, and appointment
- Overseeing construction quality and conformity to specifications
- Administering building contracts and preparing necessary documentation
- Chairing project meetings and preparing regular client reports
- Taking day-to-day responsibility for projects/workstreams
