Blueloop Limited, a leading IT service provider in the UK, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Project Manager to join our team. This role is based with one of our prestigious national customers at their headquarters in Swindon. Your primary responsibility, as Project Manager, will be to deliver the implementation of new network circuits across a national network of up to 200 locations working with the Programme Manager, Prime Supplier, other work stream Project Managers and customer stakeholders from across the business and beyond.
What are the responsibilities of the role?
· Planning of the work streams.
· Definition of objectives & outcomes – work with stakeholders to agree objectives and outcomes.
· Stakeholder and communication plans – application of proportionate and appropriate communications to support the delivery of work streams.
· Scope, Timescales, Schedule, Key milestones (Identify and Agreed)
· Constraints - Safety Management. Delivering change in a way that adheres to stringent safety processes applicable in the customer environment.
· Management of governance documentation – project documentation and other implementation documents / applications (landlord consent, working permits etc)
· RAIDD; Risk, assumptions, issues and dependences, decisions
· Ensure work packages are delivered in accordance with appropriate business project methodologies and all required stages and governance gateways are adhered
· Ensure project plans and documentation are completed to a high standard using customer project tools
· Provide information and support to the Programme Manager on planned/project progression reports for distribution to appropriate governance boards and reporting requests
· Facilitate project meetings for allocated projects / initiatives where required
· Perform project assurance, quality reviews and change control when required for assigned projects/initiatives
What sort of candidate are we seeking?
- Project manager who’s able to provide process and rigour to the project / workstreams
- Knowledgeable of project methodologies and processes
- Able to demonstrate strong collaborative working style
- Experienced in project management, working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Desirable to have facilitation experience i.e. project kick start events
- A proactive approach to work and be able to work at pace
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple schedule across a disparate environment
What extra skills and experience would be advantageous?
· Previous experience of IT and Network Migration Projects
· Previous experience working with telecom suppliers
· Previous experience of coordinating works within high-risk safety environments
· Previous experience of projects involving building regulations, landlords, wayleave
· Previous experience of project change within a 24/7 operation
Where is the role based?
The customer headquarters is in Swindon and we expect the successful candidate to work from these offices and when appropriate from home if desired. There will also be a need to travel to other customer locations which are based across the South and West of England and South Wales.

Salary:
£40,000 upwards (dependent on experience)
