Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, set project goals, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record in project management.

Duties:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and expectations
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular status meetings with project teams to track progress and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in using project management software such as Visio, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in product development or data analysis
- Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques
- Familiarity with organizational change management principles

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £27,522.38-£56,780.82 per year
