What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Plan and coordinate sales projects and campaigns.
• Support sales teams with training.
• Improve sales processes through analysis and optimization.
• Ensure quality and consistency of sales materials.
• Learn and implement leadership skills to effectively manage a team

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse departments.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and evolving environment, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Previous experience or coursework in project management or related fields is a plus but not required - we're more interested in your potential and enthusiasm!

Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
