We are a rapidly growing quality homecare provider supporting Bedford town and nearby villages. We have been rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission and to support us through our next phase of growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for the role as community Field Care Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to our caregivers in their day-to-day job and be keen to develop and mentor those around you.
• Onboard new carers and introduce them to clients
• Support the RM with new client assessments and draw up person centred care plans for clients
• Conduct observations (spot checks) on the care team
• Ensure all services are compliant with legislations, CQC standards and regulations Monitor and assess all clients for customer satisfaction

Role Requirements

• You must hold a valid driving licence and access to a reliable car
• Experience within a health care environment
• Relevant qualification, such as Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or above
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
