We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Care Supervisor to support the management team in the day-to-day operations of a high-quality domiciliary service based near to the Bedfordshire area.

The Role:
- Work closely with the Registered Manager and care team to effectively run the service
- Promote a positive culture in line with the company ethos and values
- Provide inspired leadership to the team ensuring exceptional service is delivered to clients
- Support the recruitment and training of Care Professionals and the office team
- Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees
- This role is client based. You will be the first point of contact for new clients, you will do initial client assessments, client compliance etc.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in a similar care related roles, or a Care Supervisor/care coordinator role
- The ability to multi task and perform under pressure
- Good knowledge and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of the Care Standards regulations
- Good working knowledge of IT Systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- A 'can do' attitude
