Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently in their own homes? Azure Care is looking for dedicated Care & Support Workers to join our team.

Your Role:

• Personal Care: Assist with showering, bathing, and oral hygiene.
• Mobility Support: Help with transfers using appropriate equipment.
• Meal Prep: Prepare daily meals and assist with feeding and hydration.
• Medication: Administer medication according to company policies.
• Domestic Care: Handle housework, laundry, ironing, and shopping.
• Social Care: Help Clients maintain social connections and engage in activities.
• General Care: Promote independence, and prevent loneliness.
• Health Reporting: Report any concerns about Clients' health and wellbeing.
