Shift times - 8am - 78pm
A beautiful, pirpose built, fantastic and homely Residential Dementia Care Home based near Havant, Hampshire are looking for a Care Team Leader for day shifts to join their great team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our Service Users who have Dementia.
The ideal candidate for the Care Team Leader Days role
- Ideally have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to run shifts
- Ability to administer medication and update MAR charts is essential
- To provide care in accordance with current best practices in accordance to legislative requirements
- Experience of working with Dementia Service users is very useful
- Ability to udate Care Plans
- You should have good written and verbal communication skills
