We're hiring a Care Tutor to work 37 hours a week, offering a competitive salary starting at £25,000 and rising to £28,000. We are working on behalf of our client who are one of Wales's leading learning and development organisation.
As a Care Tutor, you'll play a vital role in developing and delivering skills training and activities to learners on Jobs Growth Wales programmes. Engage with individuals not in education, employment, or training through exciting modules, including mini projects, volunteer opportunities, enterprise ventures, and community schemes. Dive into the world of Health And Social Care by delivering qualifications to learners aspiring for a career in the care industry.

About the Role:
- Organise meaningful training and activities for learners, including trips and guest speakers aligned with Jobs Growth Wales.
- Deliver engaging practical and theory training sessions, providing evidence towards Health And Social Care qualifications and employability skills.
- Plan and deliver progressive sessions, building on previous learning to support employability and personal development.
We're Looking For:
- Experience in teaching/delivery within a learning environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the care industry.
- Good level of Maths and English (GCSE C or above).
- CCLD Level 2 or CCPLD Level 2.
- Full UK driver's license.
