An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Housing Project Administrator/ Co-ordinator to join one of Adecco's most improved public sector housing clients in a temporary assignment, initially for 6 months.
Based in their Brixton office in South London, this is a full time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday) and reports into their Head of Housing Projects. In this role you will be required to promote and encourage a high level of resident and stakeholder involvement, consultation, and communication. You will also work with customers and stakeholders to agree and carry out any actions/tasks regarding resettlement, in the absence of the Housing Move-On Project Officer.
Other key elements of this role include:
* Participating in projects and working groups covering a range of tenancy and property management activities, including project managing policy reviews and the development of operational procedures, guidance notes and business processes.
* Assisting the team by co-ordinating other related initiatives and stakeholder engagement activity that support the delivery of the organisation's housing / tenancy management services.
* Preparing project plans and leading project teams to achieve agreed outcomes, including assisting the team with reviewing / analysing existing processes, identifying stakeholders, service dependencies and service improvement opportunities.
* Carrying out research in relevant activity areas, identifying sector best practice and supporting service delivery colleagues in the development of business processes, including standard forms, templates, and letters.
* Documenting progress, ensuring timely and accurate reporting; taking meeting notes, updating action plans, managing version control, writing updates, providing reports, and carrying out associated admin tasks.
* Supporting the team with communication strategies and generating information to suit the audience; consulting with and presenting to a variety of audiences including company staff, outside agencies, and customers.
* Assisting the team with developing user-friendly data sources and record keeping systems in order to continually improve service delivery; maintain accurate and up to date database information (housing management system, Excel, or other).
* Assisting the Head of Repairs and Estates and their team with property management related service improvement projects, ensuring that customers are able to access and receive seamless services across Housing and Property management.
* Completing in a timely and accurate way all forms and records relating to customers' moves in and out of company properties, including CORE, tenancy records etc and assisting with the completion of statistical data.
* Maintaining accurate, comprehensive, and up to date customer contact information and other service monitoring and administrative systems in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Responsible for amending / updating the tenancy database / housing management system to reflect changes e.g., tenancy changes, name changes, appointee details etc.
