Project Administrator - 12-month contract Inside IR35 £157 pd - 5-days Onsite Leven, Scotland
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to join a large global manufacturing organisation.
Location: This role is based onsite 5-days a week in Leven, Scotland
Responsibilities
- You will be processing requests to create, amend and maintain Purchase Orders on COUPA.
- Be liaison to market advisor to provide support on any purchase order queries or requests.
- Run SAP reports as requested by Project Engineers.
- Responsible for verifying Internal Order transactions.
- Deal with any queries received through shared email or direct email.
- Deal with action and escalation within PROMPT.
- Weekly Parked and Blocked file processing.
- Monthly processing of Goods Received Not Invoiced.
- Monthly updating of safety statistics in preparation for Team Meetings.
- Daily monitoring of compliance hub tasks.
- Maintaining shared files and updating procedures.
Skills/Experience Needed
- Prior administrative experience.
- Experience managing reporting systems (e.g. COUPA).
- Have proven knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and environmental risk principles and contractor management.
