Hadley care provides care and support services exclusively to Fremington Homes small lodges. So you work in one building and you get to know the same residents.

We are currently looking for flexible people to join our team growing teams in Landkey and Ashford just outside of Barnstaple. They will need to be able to commit to all the shifts we run day and night as well as weekend work. Buses are not always reliable in this area.

We are not offering visa sponsorship or relocation packages. The candidate must have a valid work authorisation and prior experience of working in the UK.

What we offer:

Starting pay is £11.80 an hour for day shifts (9am to 3pm or 3pm to 9pm) moving to £12.44 once you have passed your 3 month probation. Some weekend working is essential. Nights are 12 hours (9pm to 9am) paid at £137.40 a shift.

Holiday entitlement, various shifts, refer a friend scheme, access to free training; we pay for you to complete all essential training and shadow shifts, free DBS.

A typical day could include:

- Support with daily activities like washing, dressing, cooking and eating

- clean the property and change linen and laundry

- provide companionship and support to residents

Ability and experience requirements:

-criminal record clearance

-attend our training programme which is paid

- must be at least 18 years of age
