Career Advisor

FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK.
We're representing an Ofsted Outstanding training provider who operate within the adult training and employability sectors. Our client are seeking an experienced Career Advisor to join their team. We're looking to speak to either qualified advisors who hold their Level 4 IAG qualification, or experienced unqualified advisors with a background with a background working in the employability/welfare2work sector.
If you don't hold your level 4 IAG no problem. My client will pay for and put you through that qualification!
To be considered you must drive and have access to your own vehicle. Delivery will be conducted remotely and across the Leicester area.

We need highly motivated Career Advisors to support people aged 13+ through provider career information, advice and guidance to those in statutory education, employment, unemployment or who are economically inactive, to secure sustained employment, education, or training outcomes. The successful candidate will have the drive, determination and expericne to engage people, raise their aspirations and increase their self-confidence. You will support them in removing barriers, and enabling them to secure a positive EET outcome. Joining the team in Leicester and delivering across a variety of locations including our premises, community bases, schools and through virtual delivery

* A basic salary of up to £30,500 (dependent on qualifications and experience)
