This is a 12 month fixed term Student Placement opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating Career Fairs, networking events, and workshops to connect students with potential employers. You will provide effective and proactive operational support to deliver administrative requirements, ensuring gold standard customer service to all stakeholders.
Exhibitor Coordination: Work closely with companies, exhibitors, and guest speakers to ensure a seamless experience during events.
Promotion and Marketing: Contribute to social media campaigns, and other marketing strategies to increase attendance at career-related events.
Data Management: Assist in collecting and analysing data related to event attendance, feedback, and success metrics.
Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to develop strategies that attract students and employers to participate in career-related events.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled on a sandwich degree or postgraduate course at NTU, looking for a 52-week placement in events.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Creativity and enthusiasm for event planning
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms

The NTU Career Fairs and Events Team plays a crucial part in organizing and managing career-related events for students, employers, and other stakeholders.
We establish and maintain relationships with employers, recruiters, and industry professionals.
Collaborate with companies to secure their participation in career events and networking opportunities.
Provide information to employers regarding event details, logistics, and any additional requirements.
Oversee the smooth execution of Career Fairs and related events on the day of the program.
Address any issues that may arise during the event and provide support to both students and employers.
A successful University Career Fairs and Events Team plays a pivotal role in facilitating connections between students and potential employers, contributing to the overall success of students' career development.
