Location: Singleton Campus, Swansea Closing Date: 21 Jan 2024 Interview Date: 1 Feb 2024 ABOUT THE ROLE The Swansea University Employability Academy (SEA) has been established to coordinate existing activity and stimulate new initiatives which support the development of students’ and graduates’ employability skills, work experience and graduate outcomes. The post is based within SEA and the post holder will provide administrative support in order to help deliver the University’s strategic aims relating to professional career education, SEA’s Career Development Course, career guidance and planning services to client groups of undergraduate/postgraduate students and graduates, to enhance their graduate outcomes. The post holder will work proactively and in close collaboration with SEA’s Careers Consultancy sub-team. Strong communication, team working, organisational and data management skills are vital; attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines are essential. A satisfactory DBS certificate must be provided before a start date can be confirmed.
