Job description

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office administrator to join our team. Who will work closely with our admin and accounts team.

Good telephone manner and attention to detail when taking customer bookings is essential. Previous office administrative experience an advantage, but not essential as full training can be provided for the right candidate.

Duties:
· Running a booking in system for small works customers

· Providing administrative support for all departments within the office.

· First point of contact for all customer and supplier email and telephone communications.

· Liaising with Operations/Finance to provide updates inter-departmentally.

· Filing, both physical and digitally.

· Maintain Excel reports for use within the department

· Update and maintain paper and digital records for all departments.

· Preparing written communications for team members.

· Maintain office consumable stock levels.

· Maintaining company policies and procedures

Skills:
· Strong excel skills.

· Good attention to detail and right first time approach.

· Strong literacy and numeracy skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
