We have two exciting new opportunities to support unpaid carers working within our Carers Centre & at the new Dementia Hub.
To identify and support unpaid carers at the Carers Lounge at Sevenacres 25 hours a week on a permanent contract
or
To work at the Dementia Hub in Cowes supporting carers 5 days a week 2yr fixed term contract.
Working within our team, you will support unpaid carers who require support, working with a multi-disciplinary team. This support will consist of regular telephone and face-to-face contact with unpaid carers, including offering emotional support, coping strategies, advice & information, facilitating support groups as required, training carers, attending reviews and completing carers assessments that tell the story of the carer and their life.
