Scope
Property Management Integrated Services and Employment Ltd. (Promise) is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Knight Frank implementing Property and Facilities Management services across a national portfolio of c600 Residential and Commercial properties.

Responsibilities
Completing minor plumbing repairs such as fixing dripping taps, running toilet cisterns, and unblocking toilets
General maintenance to common areas
External cleaning of general areas and compounds such as sweeping and litter picking
Shifting furniture or equipment for events and meetings
Assembling furniture or equipment for events and meetings
Garden/landscape installation and maintenance (one year down the line)
Touch up painting and decorating
Repair/adjust doors
Weekly flushing
Setup and dismantle of AV equipment
Covering host position and supporting services in the foyer
Other similar general and administrative tasks as required by the line manager.
Maintenance of internal planting
Watering of internal plants
Raise job tickets for contractors on Knight Frank's internal platform
Additional tasks as and when required by the GM
Core Competencies:
Awareness of emergency response plans and tenant handbook.
Develop relationships with tenants and suppliers.
Proficient in raising jobs and following though completion
Proficiency for reviewing online room booking system
Good understanding of health and safety legislation
Professional experience and personal skills profile
Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines
Ability to deal with other contractors or maintenance workers
Hands-on maintenance repairs
Being flexible
Able to resolve complaints quickly and efficiently
Able to work as part of a team
Identify and report the need for repairs
Knowledge working with sounds/AV systems
Experience in computer systems such as word and excel
Conduct assessments and identify problems
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Well-organised
Basic understanding of Property Management industry
Keen eye for detail and able to work to demanding deadlines
