Job Details

This position is for a Caretaker/ Cleaner based at The Glen Pavilion, Dunfermline. The post will involve working 5 days from 7 as and when required, cleaning and setting furniture for weddings, funerals & conferences. Tasks will include carrying out compliance checks as required and being a key holder, flexibility on working times will be essential as no two days will be the same.

You will earn a competitive salary of £22,525.71 to £23,633.23 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:

  • We pay the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £12.00 per hour for this post, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.

The Person

Experience of resolving telephone enquiries.

Practical knowledge in a customer facing environment.

Communication skills.

Team working skills (work together).

Cleaning and maintaining all designated areas to a high standard.

Ability to provide a regular and effective service, working alone or as part of a team.
