Base Salary to £50,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Our client is a well-established privately owned travel tour operator who specialise in worldwide luxury holidays.

They are now recruiting for a Caribbean Product Manager to take full ownership and development of their Caribbean programme.

The Caribbean Product Manager will be responsible for managing the Caribbean product including growing the current hotel portfolio, contracting, rate negotiation as working closely with the sales and marketing teams with objective to maximise revenue to the region.

Our client will only consider candidates who have previous luxury travel product management experience within the Caribbean and who are well connected with hoteliers and DMC's.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis.

Caribbean Product Manager Responsibilities:

veloping existing brand & identify strategic new areas of development, drive innovation and conduct research into future development and expansion within the Caribbean.

Strong commercial, negotiation, and pricing skills with relationships within the Caribbean

Responsible for the direct negotiation, planning, purchasing, and contracting of the very best rates that are availableGeneral product management & growth including the monitoring of Caribbean sales, competitor analysis etc.

Securing marketing funds & tactical offers from Caribbean suppliers for promotional activities, along with continual exclusive tactical negotiations with ground product and feedback to the commercial managers

Caribbean Product Manager Experience Required:

Previous Caribbean product management and expertise within the travel industry is essential.

A portfolio of connections within the Caribbean

Proven commercial, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

Proactive and results driven

Base Salary to £50,000 depending on experience
