Talent Guardian is partnering with a renowned company in Maidstone to find a motivated Case Manager to join their team!
 
Key Responsibilities
People Related Tasks

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Serve as the main contact for queries on mortgage applications from Offer to Completion.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to calls, enquiries, and correspondence.
• Liaise with Mortgage Brokers, Solicitors, and the underwriting and risk team to ensure compliance and resolve queries.
• Escalate issues to the Line Manager as needed.

Daily Operations

• Follow prescribed procedures, practices, and agreed SLAs.
• Input, update, and maintain accurate data in the system.
• Handle legal queries and documentation for each application.
• Manage the diary system to monitor applications and tasks.
• Ensure smooth progression of mortgage applications.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and action emails promptly.
