Ensure that any disclosure is within the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. To make decisions on a daily basis, dealing with mitigation, complaints from members of the public, both verbally and written, taking into consideration time frames, evidence, legislation, public interest and various forms of emergencies and/or exemptions.
