Salary: £23k+ DOE
Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

We are currently representing a legal practice based in the heart of Huddersfield, who are seeking a Case Handler to work within the dynamic and specialised Personal Injury team. You will work closely with team members and support the fee earners within the team.

The Key Duties of the Case Handler
- Undertake administrative tasks such as opening new client files, undertaking ID checks, inputting case information onto the team's case management system, archiving files, photocopying and scanning.
- Take initial detailed client enquiries, liaise with clients via telephone/email or face to face.
- Assist the support team to prepare bundles for Counsel, Court and medical experts.
- Have the ability to work alongside fee earners and have a sound understanding of the legal priorities and procedures.
- Have a confident, courteous and professional telephone manner.
- Preferably you will be familiar with the Proclaim case management system and have sound user knowledge of Microsoft Word with excellent keyboard skills.
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and be a proactive team player.
