A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for aCase Managerfor a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Leigh on Sea.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support brokers in administrative tasks and the completion of documents.
- Accurately perform data entry into our in-house CRM system.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding the progress of their mortgage applications.
- Effectively track applications with lenders and ensure all necessary information is obtained.
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
- Offer support in sales progression, assisting brokers with any necessary tasks.
- Perform general administration duties as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients throughout the application process.
- Provide support to customers until completion, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Requirements:
- Ideally, possess industry or account management experience within the mortgage sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of documents.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards tasks and responsibilities.
- Proficient in IT systems and comfortable with data entry and CRM software.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
- Overtime opportunities may be available, based on business needs.
