Case Manager

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for aCase Managerfor a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Leigh on Sea.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support brokers in administrative tasks and the completion of documents.
• Accurately perform data entry into our in-house CRM system.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding the progress of their mortgage applications.
• Effectively track applications with lenders and ensure all necessary information is obtained.
• Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
• Offer support in sales progression, assisting brokers with any necessary tasks.
• Perform general administration duties as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients throughout the application process.
• Provide support to customers until completion, addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Requirements:

• Ideally, possess industry or account management experience within the mortgage sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of documents.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards tasks and responsibilities.
• Proficient in IT systems and comfortable with data entry and CRM software.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
• Overtime opportunities may be available, based on business needs.
