Case Officer – Canary Wharf - £18.00ph

Immediate start – weekly pay – 3-6 months temporary hybrid position with the possibility to go permanent.

Ritz Recruitment are excited to announce they are recruiting for a Case Officer for their long-standing healthcare regulatory client based in Canary Wharf.

The aim of this role will be to ensure that allegations concerning registrants’ fitness to practise are investigated and progressed to closure, in line with the companies’ objectives and targets. You will be responsible for making sure that the investigations concerning fitness to practise are conducted to high standards and to deal with all queries effectively and professionally.

Main duties:

• Working alongside and support the regulation team to develop an investigation plan for each case.
• Meet requirements for timelines when pursuing the investigation in line with procedures.
• Quality customer service care, liaising with registrants, witnesses, defence representatives and other key stakeholders throughout the investigation.
• Record and conduct risk assessments inputting your opinions and recommendations.
• Reviewing evidence throughout the investigation.
• Collaborative working with the Regulations Lawyers to draft allegations, collate evidence and prepare case papers.
• Ensure all databases are up to date and confidential.
• Carry out other duties across the professional’s regulation team where necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven Case Officer experience or within a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing a large number of cases.
• Strong report writing skills
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Regulatory background would be advantageous but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and experience with analysing problems.
• Empathetic personality.
• Ability to deliver high customer service to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how to handle sensitive issues.
• Confident on Microsoft.
