Well what about the team?


Product Operations is made up of specialist teams focused on delivering great content across Casino, Slots, Bingo and Poker.

The aim of the Product Operations team is to make our ventures across UK and Spain and North America the best place for players to play. This includes the development of new games, product features and innovative engagement driving mechanics.


So, what will you be doing?

The role will be focused on ensuring the operations for our casino products run smoothly, with focus on data to make informed decisions. It will work very closely with multiple teams across the organization especially marketing and promotions.

  • Define and implement the Casino product strategy for all UK and Spain ventures
  • Delivery of the Casino content roadmaps, working in partnership with suppliers
  • Tracking and reporting of the casino commercial performance to influence key decision making
  • Reporting of casino content performance to key stakeholders on frequent basis
  • Interpretation of data to establish key trends, while outlining recommended actions as and when required
  • Be the product experts, sharing knowledge to your teams and peers
  • Influence the new player strategy to land the right content for our players
  • Working with Insights to track against the performance of minimum revenue commitments to our providers
  • Establish a plan supported with marketing teams to action against these revenue commitments
  • Work with marketing to develop improvements to increase casino revenues, in line with the Product strategy and business objectives
  • Maximise the strength of our portfolio with cross sell and upsell recommendations throughout the player lifecycle

  • Be commercially driven
  • Passionate Product specialist with great industry experience
  • Knows how to engage potential customers with amazing content
  • Stakeholder management and relationship management
  • Excellent collaboration, with drive to getting things done
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous experience managing casino roadmaps (preferred)
  • Experience within a product operations function in the online gambling sector
  • Good understanding of the target audience and tactics to drive growth for our products
  • Experience managing third party providers
